We will issue a pin to the value purchased for calling credit, together with a UK geographic access number to use the service. Please note that pin numbers will expire 60 days from date of the first call made. Calls are charged by the minute and subject to a 5p connection charge on all calls (all quoted prices are inclusive of VAT and all taxes, and apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Rates are effective from 28.10.2013 and may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to terminate any call if we consider it is being made unlawfully or fraudulently and also to suspend any pins that we feel have been potentially purchased fraudulently. Any calls using our numbers will be billed by your usual telephone service provider to the account holder for that line. Please obtain permission from that account holder before using our service. Calls are charged from the time you are connected to our service. For a BT line the rates are available on their website, other service providers may charge a higher rate.
